If for some reason, an item you receive is in unsatisfactory condition, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number, and what is wrong with the item.
We must be contacted within 90 days of receiving the product to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Form. All products must receive authorization to return prior to being returned.
All returns must be received within 5 business days of receiving return authorization, and must include a properly completed Return Merchandise Authorization Form. Return packages may be refused if received outside of 5 business days from receiving authorization, or if a properly completed Return Merchandise Authorization Form is not included in the package.
All Replacements, Refunds, and Store Credit are granted once the product has been returned in its original condition, and may be denied if the product has been altered from its original condition.
